Announcements :

The annual Kiddie Carnival (our major fundraiser) will be held on the following dates: 2009June25,26,27 July 2,3 July 10,11,12 July 9,10,11 July 16,17,18 July 23,24,25  July 30, 31 , Aug. 1, Aug. 7,8 and Aug. 14,15. The time is from 6:30pm until 9:30 pm these dates are on Thursday, Friday, Saturday There is no admission to the carnival lot. We do sell tickets (.50 each) which is good for one ride on any of the featured rides. We also have two concession stands where we sell hamburgers, hotdogs, funnel cakes, corn dogs, fries, fountain drinks, popcorn, sno-cones, cotton candy and on special nights we sell pork chop sandwiches.  Kiddie Carnival is located on Forrest Street, across from Athens Middle School.

We will begin with private birthday parties starting June 1  thru June 24 and then in August starting on Aug 3 thru Aug 31 Private parties are $250 for 2 hours. We will supply you with ice and refrigerators/freezer if needed. There will be tents set up on the property with picnic tables. We do not serve any refreshments, but you are welcome to bring your own. We will run the rides for the two hours (you can request that they be stopped for a brief time if you want to serve refreshments or cake. There is no deposit or payment until the day of the party. Cash or check is accepted. No charge if the party is cancelled. In case of bad weather, we will try to work out another time if you desire. We ask you to limit the number of children riding the rides to 25-30. If you schedule a party, there will be someone at the lot to open at least 30 min before the party if you wish to put up any signs, ballons etc. Two parties may split a date but we ask that you still abide by the number of children riding the rides.
